By the time I reached the summit, the first rays had started to stretch across Cape Town. The Atlantic shimmered, Table Mountain stood proud behind me, and I swear, the world felt still for a second.

There’s something about watching the day begin from up high—it’s humbling, energizing, and just a little bit cheeky (like the wind that nearly stole my beanie).
